Today, 29. Jan. 2010 was the premiere of the piece for solo oboe called Valet.

The soloist was Riivo Kallasmaa. As in most cases, I couldn't be at the premiere because of other obligations. This tendency seems to have become a rule recently, too many premieres missed.

The first performance was in Tallinn, the next one will be on 30. Jan in Tartu, 190 km from here... will miss that one too.

In October I will perform as a guest singer with Hartkeriana (NL) at the Gregorian festival in Bratislava. We will have concerts in Austria too.

The Bratislava concert is 24. Oct, Austria will follow.

From Austia I will travel to Vilnius,  on 28. Oct a concert with one of my regular groups, Vox Clamantis.

On Oct. 5, 2009 I had a playthough session of my piece Valet with oboe soloist Riivo Kallasmaa. The session was very useful, resulting in some changes. The revised score will be ready in a few days.

For now, the premiere is scheduled for spring 2010.
