Written for the 125th anniversary of the Estonian flag.
The piece was supposed to be premiered on July, 5 2009 at the open-air event in Otepää, Estonia by Estonian National Symphonic Orchestra (ERSO).
Due to bad weather conditions (+7 deg. C and rain) and leaking roof on the venue, the live performance was cancelled.
